The position of girls in the Moghul rule became worse , they could not
overcome the nasty Purdah system of the time. Further, there was the custom of
Sati. many women were forcibly sent to the funeral pyre of their dead husbands. There was no change in the fate
of women even now …I have written few lines dedicated to “Women” lets
raise voice and stand together to eradicate discrimination and crime against
women …

alone , moving on the road
She was scared , looking here and there
Who have made her feel so
Our society gifted her such insecurity
forced to satisfy the se*ual thirsty
and thrown on the road
she is secure only in books and in lectures
she has given equal rights and freedom
only in literature and speeches
she is not a commodity ,in the horrible dowry market
A women has to understand her potential
And should raise voice against any violence
She should not wait for the help
And should start it herself
She should understand that
She is a Women of courage
Women of strength , Women of faith
Women of devotion and
Women of spirits so strong !!
